Uplands Guest House Booking Terms and Conditions:
Rooms should be vacated by 10am. on
day of departure please.
There is no
set check in time, but we should appreciate an estimated arrival time .
Unfortunately Uplands can not accommodate pets
A deposit is required to reserve
your room.
Please note that the deposit is not refundable unless we are able to re-let your room.
Cancellation within 2 weeks of the date of arrival will incur a charge of 66% of the full fee payable.
Non arrival or cancellation within the last 48 hours will incur a charge of the full fee payable.
There will be a charge of £15.00 for lost keys
