Uplands Guest House Booking Terms and Conditions:
Rooms should be vacated by 10am. on
day of departure please.
There is no
set check in time, but we should appreciate an estimated arrival time .
Breakfast 8.30am - 9.30am. .
Unfortunately Uplands can not accommodate pets
A deposit equal to the first night's accommodation charge is required to reserve
your room.
Please note that the deposit is not refundable unless we are able to re-let your room.
However, in
the event of a cancellation the deposit may be used at a later date.
Non arrival or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge
of 66% of the full fee payable.
