We are also legally required to collect essential information from you when you engage in a booking with us for the processing of any credit card payments where the cardholder is not present (CNP). Any information obtained by Uplands Guest House about any credit or debit card payments are not retained or stored on any electronic database or accounting program and we are fully PCI DSS compliant.

We will always obtain your explicit consent in order to collect and process this information.
